The Co.Space HPG (Hosted Payment Gateway) is a Web Application Interface that handles payment requests between a Co.Space Site, via Office RND, and the Netcash Payment Gateway.

This enables Tenants of a site to pay their Invoices issued in Office RND using a number of easy-to-use and and completely secure online payment methods. In addition, the Co.Space HPG also process monthly Debit Orders via Netcash.

Only Co.Space Site Administrators may Register to have access to the Co.Space HPG. HPG System Administrators will verify and activate all Site Admin Accounts.

Once activated, a Site Admin may set up their profiles, track and view payment requests.

Real-time Payments

The following payment methods are processed in real-time via the Co.Space HPG:

• OZOW Instant EFT: Instant EFT payments are similar to Bank EFT payments, but it is guaranteed by OZOW, and is very cost effective.
• Credit Cards: Any VISA or MasterCard Credit Card or 3D Secure Debit Card may be used for real-time Card Payments.
• Masterpass: Masterpass payments are processed in the same way Cards are processed.
• VISA Checkout: Similar to Masterpass payments are processed in the same way Cards are processed.

Delayed Payments

The following payment methods are delayed payments, but are more cost-effective:

• Bank EFT: Normal online Bank EFT's may be used. These transactions are not real-time, and will take the usual 24-48 hours to complete and are more cost effective.
• Static P-Ref: For long-term Tenants, a convenient option is available. A Static P-Ref number can be requested via the Co.Space HPG. This may then be used to set up a beneficiary in the Tenant's Banking App, and may be used for regular payments.
• Retail: Masterpass QR codes and Barcodes may be used, but must be scanned by either a Mobile App like Zapper, or a barcode scanner.
